He broke his gaze away from her for a while to see where they were going, and they were in the right direction at least, though not going as fast as they were previously. Ah well, there's no rush. He felt her gently stop moving and go slightly limp in his arms. Looking down at her he say that her eyes had closed, and her breathing slowed: She was asleep. Ah well, he would just have to carry her some more. Not that he minded that, for she was so light that it hardly made any difference to him at all, but she would miss most of the journey if she stayed asleep for too much longer. No matter, he could show her some other time. It was not like anyone would mind, as there was hardly anyone here.

He was flying along the river that would soon reach the valley that was his home, when he felt Laurenana stir, reaching up and kissing him again. He loosened his grip on her, and she dropped down to fly beside him again. We're almost there now. this river is the one that flows through the valley, though it is not as lush there as it is here on the plains. He could just about see the dip on the horizon now that signified the start off the valley, and soon the rushing sound of the waterfall would reach his ears, he knew from past experiences.

Laurenana stretched and sighed as she glided swiftly along beside Keshtan. Her wings ached from flying so high up and for so long. She longed to land so she could get to know Keshtan better.
In reflection it was funny that love had blossomed from their relationship. They had only met a short time ago and had fought, with only Kaji standing between them and preventing blood from being shed.
Fate brought us together She whispered to herself. She felt normal with Keshtan. He was kind and honest...and hot.

I suppose you could day that, I said as I turned to Laurenana. Something had that was for sure. Was it Kaji somehow? He had been there when they had met, and had been the one to stop them fighting and help them make friends. I decided silently that it was Kaji, and that I would be eternally grateful to him, if we ever met again I would tell him that. We were above the valley now, and I started to descend to the river at the bottom. As I flew past the falls the spray covered me, dripping off of my feathers and hair as I flew.
Flying a little further up the river, where the sound of the falls was but a background melody, i found a nice rock on the side of the river, quite large, and close enough to the river so that i could reach down and touch it, dipping my pawed feet in.

Laurenana followed the river, scooping water up with her hands and drinking. As she flew past the falls she felt the soft touch of the spray hit her as well. She quickly moved to follow Keshtan and landed next to him on the large rock. She stretched her wings and smiled. The land was beautiful.
You chose a pretty place to live. I guess to match the inhabitant She said with a small giggle. She look him over, enjoying and noticing every little detail. Her heart ached to be with him beyond the day the sun consumed the earth.
Keshtan She questioned. How old are you? She was genuinely interested. It had occurred to Laurenana that he would be older but she was unsure exactly how old he was.
Laurenana herself was 16, still going through normal teenage changes. She had mutated further since she had hit adolescence. Her teenage hormones were raging and she honestly really wanted to get with Keshtan in the most physical sense . But Laurenana knew she would have to take it slow. She didn't understand love but wanted to make her relationship with Keshtan to last. She would do anything to keep it just the way it was.

He wasn't used to compliments, and having picked that one up, he wasn't sure what to do or say about it. Umm, thanks... I guess he mumbled. He could feel his cheeks taking on a different hue as Laurenana looked him over. He had had some do that before, but not quite in the same way.
Err... 19, I think. My counting isn't very good, and I had to count the seasons, so it may be a bit more or a bit less... Sooo what about you? Oh and you can call me Kesh or Kez or something for short, if you like. He was a little embarresses,m but he was starting to master the feeling a litle now.

I'm 16, at least I have counted 16 winters since I first came into the world. She smiled. I have heard that people gain mutations and lose them during the teen years. She smiled shyly.
She stood up and walked over to Keshtan and sat behind him. She retracted her claws and began to massage his back. He was so tense in between his wings. She frowned as she rubbed him. It was unusual for someone to be so tense.
Your back muscles are really tight She breathed into his ear. Shall I loosen them up for you?
The waterfalls distant chorus soothed Laurenana and she felt that her and Keshtan were the only two creatures in the world. She stopped massaging and lay her head gently on his shoulder. She could hear him breathing and his heart beat. Life was paradise.

16, hmm, he didn't think she looked any younger than he did. But then, maybe he had counted wrong somewhere along the line, and he was actually 17 or something like that. Oh well, that didn't matter now.
He was distracted from his thoughts when he felt Laurenana's hands on his back. It felt so goood, he sighed, wiggling his shoulders a little to get more comfortable.
You could if you like... he murmered, a little bit lost in the feeling of pleasure, though he would be disappointed if she suddenly decided that she didn't want to after all, now that she had started.
It took him a moment to realise that she had stopped. There it was, the disappointment, popping up its little head to say hello, but he found that he didn't actually mind all that much. Her head was now on his shoulder, so he turned a little to kiss her lightly on the cheek. Is there anything wrong? He murmered into her ear. He wiggled his shoulders again, as if trying out some new ones. Mmm, you do a really good massage, you know that?

Laurenana giggled at Keshtan's compliment. "Fine, I'll continue...but you'll owe me something later." A few things had crossed her mind, like a good snog, romantic flight or something a little more physical.
Keshtan's shoulders were warm as Laurenana massaged them, pressing her fingers into his soft flesh gently. His skin was smooth and feel tanned with water sprayed over it from the waterfall. She placed a soft kiss between his shoudler blades as her hands moved over his soft, supple skin to his waist.

Mmm, like what? He asked as she started again. It was a fair question. He knew very little about the world around him, let alone girls, he knew only what he had taught himself and seen and experienced. (Unfortunately for him, where this could go was not one of them.) He had a right to an answer, however she chose to tell him that though was up to her.
He could feel her kiss, and her hands moving down his back, which felt good.
For no apparant reason, he just felt like it, he gently stretched his wing up and over her head until he could bring it down on the other side of her, so she was no longer behind him. He then attempted to pull her closer to him with the wing, leaning down to kiss her again on the lips, not meaning it lightly.
(ooc: Aww geez, what would a guy think about in this kind of situation!?!? Argh! He knows practically nothing about all that... physical stuff!...!!!)

Laurenana giggled at Keshtan's question. "oh well a good make out session will do...for now" She winked and then glanced away at the water.
A soft brush of feathers on her back sent a small shiver up her spine. Keshtan pulled her in and his lips met hers. She placed a hand on his chest and leaned in closer, parting her lips softly. It felt so natural, so flowing. "Lets have some fun shall we" She whispered into his mouth. With a gentle pushed she tried to make him fall onto his back so she could have slightly more control.
Laurenana was a dominate type of girl. She liked being on top of things, mentally and physically. It was her idea of fun.
